This project was a residential remodel and addition to the original structure built in 1897.  Kitko Construction provided the design/build approach for this unique structure remodel and 1000 square foot addition.  Remodel and renovation is featured in the March 2001 issue of Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine due to its artistic design and innovative building approach.
