About The Owner
Dennis Kitko
President
In an environment where new home customers bestow their confidence only on builders who are experienced and well recommended, few firms provide a more reassuring presence than Kitko Construction.
Kitko’s decade-long success in metro Denver is rooted in exceptional concern for quality construction management… an approach that not only earns a wide range of residential work, but also projects from churches, restaurants and commercial ventures, as well.
“We take pride in our craftsmanship. We build our homes with the utmost concern for quality, originality and functionality… how the architecture can accommodate the new owner’s lifestyle, while making the most of the natural surroundings that Colorado offers.
Dennis Kitko has worked in the construction business for more than 22 years. He started as a carpenter. While he excelled at carpentry he studied construction management at Colorado State. He followed his dream and went to work as a superintendent and project manager for larger construction companies.
Dennis started Kitko Construction in 1993... he felt that by having total control of each and every project, he could provide clients with better overall service. He now provides clients with exceptional quality, integrity, safety and project control while giving clients personalized services. He chooses each and every project carefully so each staff member can give total and undivided attention to their projects.
